Stephen W. Walburg

Stephen is a former felony prosecutor with the Scott County Attorney’s Office. Since going into private practice with Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg, P.A., he has tried hundreds of jury trials and represents clients in both State and Federal Court. Stephen’s practice includes all Minnesota counties including Scott, Carver, Hennepin, Dakota, Ramsey, Wright, Sibley, McLeod, and LeSueur Counties.

Stephen is a member of the Eighth District Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. His representation includes the District Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States Federal Court.
