Kevin Wetherille grew up in Shakopee, graduating from Shakopee Senior High School in 1996. Following high school, Kevin attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota where he majored in History, with a particular focus on United States and Native American history. After obtaining a B.A. degree from Carleton in 2000, Kevin attended William Mitchell College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2003.
Kevin began working with Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg during law school as a Law Clerk. After spending over 2 years clerking with Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg, the firm hired Kevin as an associate following his admission to the bar in 2003. Kevin was named a shareholder in Jaspers, Moriarty & Walburg in 2007. After living in Belle Plaine for almost 6 years, Kevin resides in Shakopee with his wife, Jen, son Shannon, and daughter Maria. Kevin has been active in the Shakopee Area Chamber of Commerce since 2005.
A significant portion of Kevin’s practice is devoted to litigation and trial work in the areas of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law as well as more transactional areas of practice such as Estate Planning.
